The menu, of which the Pier 39 Restaurant's chefs are extremely proud, changes to reflect the seasonality and every dish is freshly prepared in the restaurant's kitchen using only the finest available ingredients sourced locally.
All fresh fish is delivered every day from Tudor Seafood at Birmingham Wholesale Market. Our meat products are provided by family butcher, G Preston in Kingstanding. Our bread is baked fresh daily and delivered from Fleetwood Delicatessen Bakery in Boldmere. Pier 39 is committed to ensuring all of the dishes on our menus are homemade and to the highest possible standard.
